How to Print Business Cards
Click on a template (see below) to open with LibreOffice (or Microsoft Office).
Make changes to only one business card on the page.
Highlight the card and press Ctrl and c to copy.
Hover the pointer just barely above a column of cards until a down-arrow appears.
Press Ctrl and v to paste changes into all cards in the column.
Repeat highlight and Ctrl and v for the other column.
(Or use Ctrl-c and Ctrl-v to change one card at a time.)
Print page of cards on plain paper.
Hold paper in front of or behind a page of business card stock to check alignment.
If alignment is okay, print on card stock ONE time.
View cards to check alignment again.
Perhaps make changes to better align cards up or down.
Now print all the cards you want.
Business card stock can be purchased at Office Depot and Walmart. Buy stock for 2x3.5 inch cards.
(Or if you are really cheap, like me, you could use your editing functions to make a very light border around each card, print on plain but heavy paper, and cut out the cards with scissors.)
Note that there is room on the front of the card to put your title if you are an office-holder, and you can also print on the back of the card...perhaps something like the meeting time and place.
Don't forget to save your work.
